MEP - Haydn Essay Notes On Humour & Surprise

So here's the Haydn essay answers for the ACS(I) Prelims 2009, which asked for elements of humour and surprise with reference to at least 3 of Haydn's symphonies including the "London" Symphony. As you can tell, I'm getting a bit lazy to re-edit and stuff, so here it is in original form. My friend David sent it to me, and so say thanks to him if you know him o_o

Our MEP teacher has also alerted us that the interpretation of where the transition section of the Recapitulation in the 1st movement of Haydn's Symphony No. 104 varies, so if you're taking notes from here, it's how MG interprets it. Generally they won't ask you for the section if the O levels decide to test on it, so you don't have to worry.(:

An otherwise carefree student at MGS, who is currently studying in secondary 4, and totally not proud to be a MUGGER! :O

I sincerely apologise for the subjects which I do not include (: The list may be found just below. Thanks!

YES we have another contributor! Madeline, aka Mad or Maddy, is a very punny student at MGS (who is also a DEBATER :O:O -major selling points! !!) in secondary 4, (and classmate of Debb).

She somehow gets Science and Humanities concepts, like, SNAP and yet, a blogger no0bz. :O So Debb is actually writing this profile for her. Hehe :D

SherriLee.
She's a LEE! She loves knives, shurikens, sharp things, and anything she can use to whack anything with. Still, she does AWESOME,summarized physics notes, and since she's pretty much monopolized the whole physics notes aspects, (with all the colours! too, I figure she should be duly credited (:
